THE SAWBLADE (Commissioned project)
This sawblade was used to cut stone. It's about 6 feet in diameter and weighs at least a few hundred pounds. It was salvaged from a quarry outside of Austin, TX. It's going to be hung on the outside of a building above a doorway. It is an underwater scene with fish etc. that you would see in the lake as if you were underwater and looking up. The sawblade has been sandblasted, primed and the backside is painted black.
